Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment Requirements are the following:

Complete emergency medical card, child evaluation, immunization record and a registration fee along with first and last weeks tuition are due at enrollment. The center must have 48 hours notice that a child will be attending. Every fall and summer there will be a $50.00 enrollment fee. Due at registration time. This will cover your child ’ s fall semester and summer semester. These fees are to ensure proper supplies for the school year. This fee is non refundable.
